BEATRIX DAROS

Beatrix has a broad working experience in multinational corporations like Procter & Gamble and Mars, where she spent 20 years of her career and worked in various fields across Market Strategy & Consumer Insights, Marketing, and Sales.

In several international leadership roles, she has partnered with executives and senior leaders on a wide range of strategy projects to define future focus areas and drive change through excellence in execution. Leading global teams herself with associates spread across different countries and continents, she also gathered a deep knowledge about the needs and challenges in virtual and hybrid working cultures.

Beatrix was certified in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology in 2017. Since then it has become her signature tool when facilitating strategy, team development, and change management projects for international clients across industries. As a strong believer in the systemic way of thinking and collaborating, Beatrix is also an ORSC® trained team & relationship systems coach and supports teams on their development and growth journeys.

She is truly passionate about combining all her competencies to unlock hidden potentials that enable teams to achieve their peak performance and redefine their strategic choices in complex and uncertain environments.

Beatrix holds a Master‘s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Graz and spent parts of her studies also in the UK and the US.

She is based in and operates out of Zurich, Switzerland.
