Ad Hoc el cambio a tu medida is a boutique consultancy company specialized in Change Management stablished in Mexico City with presence in Latin America.  

They love to create long term business relations with their clients and partners offering solutions Ad Hoc to their needs, designing programs according to their culture.    Part of the DNA is to understand clients inside processes, values, what moves them.

They manage change as part of the natural evolution of the people  applying all their background and knowledge they develop as a result of their profesional experience in a wide field, using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method in different moments.

Ad Hoc was founded in 2007 by Gloria de Leon and a group of Senior Consultants with more than 30 years of experience in Directive Positions.  They are proud of having a multicultural and multispecialized team.

We have worked with them since 2011 delivering solutions to clients,  also in some countries  in Latinamerica.  

Ad Hoc coordinates  Facilitator Training Programs in Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Bolivia, Panama and Chile for now.
